Davido Course disrupted to Babcock University Convocation
HKN boss and Aye crooner, David Adeleke, known as Davido last Sunday disrupted the convocation ceremony of Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, where he was one of the 1, 544 graduating students.
The singer made a dramatic entrance at the time the special guest of honour, the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was delivering her topical speech. The moment the singer walked into the complex, the shouts of his name from students and fans rented the air, making the minister to have to suspend her speech, which until Davido’s arrival held the audience spell-bound.
When normalcy could not be restored after several minutes, Davido’s father, Chief Deji Adeleke, rescued the situation by calling out to his superstar son. “David! David! Leave this place now, and follow me where ever I go”, the father intervened.

Young Girls has staeted Working As Spy For Boko Haram
This are indeed not the best times for Nigeria as a nation, especially with different attacks coming form Boko Haram members.
As if that was not enough, a National Newspaper reports today that young girls have now been brainwashed by Boko Haram members and have turned into their spies.
Special Forces of the Nigerian Army Unit in Gwoza, Borno State have arrested a 13-year-old girl for spying on the military formation for the sect members after an AK 47 assault rifle was found in her residence.
She later led the men to the homes of other three girls who also spies for Boko Haram.
According to them, the military is also concerned that some of the abducted girls of The Government Secondary School in Chibok, who have been in their custody since April could be indoctrinated for such dangerous assignments as well.
8 Years In: Orezi isn’t mad being called a ‘Best New Act’
Long time debutant Orezi doesn’t seem to be mad at being called a rookie by the organizers of the Nigerian Entertainment Awards. Skuki expressed their disapproval and rejected their recent NEA nomination for ‘Best New Act’ last week, and Orezi aka ‘That GhenGhen Guy’ was also nominated, seemingly another goof from the organizers as the Pop singer made his debut in 2008 (around the same time Skuki did) and shouldn’t be considered a ‘new act’ any more. ‘Oshey’, Orezi responded when he was tweeted at with the news of the nomination on Friday, May 30, 2014. Are the organizers of the NEAs joking or being serious? It’s hard to tell as another long time act Oritse Femi (who has two albums out) is also nominated in the ‘Best New Act’ category....
