Chidinma speaks on kissing Flavour in ‘Ololufe’ video.

 

Award winning singer and MTN Project Fame Season 3 winner, Chidimma Ekile, has been at the receiving quite some bashing since photos of the shoot of Flavour’s ‘Ololufe’ video hit the public domain. Following the release of the video in which both stars shared a sweet kiss, Miss Kedike, as Chidinma is also known, has been forced to respond to questions about the moment of perceived intimacy. In a recent chat with HipTV, Chidinma cleared the air saying: ‘I try as much as possible to stay scandal free but we all know that you are in this industry and even when you are trying so hard, some people will still have some terrible things to say but I try though.’ When quizzed about the making out scene in the video, she said: ‘Well, it is a love song and we were supposed to be a couple, so whatever you saw was acting, we were acting out the lyrics of the song, and for everyone who cares to listen, I’m not dating Flavour.’...

Dbanj has opened up to the Nigerian Tribune on his achievements so far

    My first single was out in October 2004 and my first album was released on the 25th of March 2005. Yes. As at then, I always said I was an entertainer. I always said “I’m Dbanj” as loud as I could. And I hoped and prayed that I’d become the biggest entertainer to ever come out of Africa. I also prayed that I will be the richest entertainer and so on. I had a lot of dreams. And it has been a great challenge since ten years up until now. When I count my blessings I see that God has been faithful to me. There are places I have been to that I didn’t think I would ever get, although I dreamt big. There are a number of stages I didn’t foresee I’d get to that I am honoured to be in. It can only get better. And I am very grateful to God.

President of Federal Republic of Nigeria GEJ, Obasanjo is a father to me and I am his first political son

President Jonathan says despite former Pres. Obasanjo's recent verbal attacks on his administration, he still sees him as his father and his first Political son. GEJ said God used people, including the former president to make him become the President of Nigeria. President Jonathan said this in an interview with Tribune in Lagos

"First and foremost, Obasanjo is a father to me. By divine providence and the grace of God, I am the President of Nigeria today. It is not by my strength. But God uses human beings to actualise His own blessings on human beings. And He used so many Nigerians, including former President Obasanjo, to play one role or the other for me. I became the deputy governor of a state, became the governor, the vice president and president. I have no issues with him, and I really don’t want to join issues with President Obasanjo.
