Lagos State Government donates N5 million to two students who designed new Biogas Technology

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode on Thursday donated N5 million to two students of Lagos State College of Health Technology who designed new technology of generating Biogas through the treatment of animal waste.The students – Sarunmi Oluwafemi and Dada Samuel, were among the 422 successful graduates of the Ready, Set, Work (RSW) programme of the State Government targeted to equip graduates of tertiary institutions in the State with necessary entrepreneurial skills and to make them emerge as ready products for the increasingly competitive labour market, as well as job creators.
Oluwafemi and Samuel, who emerged as first place winners of the pitch competition of the programme, were equally given N1million seed funding and placed on N100,000

Pop Singer a.k.a Burna Boy Says Nigeria is Facing Hard Time Becouse of Recycled Leaderhip

Pop singer Burna Boy, at a concert in Makurdi, Benue state spoke about the state of the country and economy while on stage.
Speaking to his fans in between his performance, Burna Boy stated that the hardship Nigerians are facing right now is because of recycled leadership.

“You no say right now for Nigeria, e get as things be. So if I no address am e no go make sense” said the singer in pidgin English.
“When you no fit collect dollar again, you go understand wetin I dey sing now because wetin don happen for Nigeria don happen before, infact e don happen like three times” Burna Boy told the crowd.

“The same people wey dey rule us before, dey rule us now. How many of una never chop today?” he further said.
Burna Boy who just released a new video ‘Pree Me’ on September 5, 2016, considered quitting music not too long ago
On August 17, 2016, he said he was tired of the politics in the music industry. He later said he would not quit the music scene.

Judging from his earlier posts, Onesmus Kinyua is a humble, God fearing Kenyan man in his 30’s whose only sin so far would be punching the Church’s keyboard a little too hard.
