Lil’ Wayne And Christina Milan Have Allegedly Broken Up

Lil-Wayne-Christina

According to reports, Lil Wayne & Christina Milian have called it quits after a year of dating.

It looks like Christina Milan & Lil Wayne have officially called it quits. According to ET, the two broke up at the end of August after a year of dating.
The break up comes as a bit of a shock as their relationship didn’t appear to have any issues from the public eye. In fact, some would think the relationship was going great considering the way they talked about each other in interviews, and the several collaborations they worked on together, including the yet-to-be-heard record “Do It,” which was debuted on stage at last month’s Billboard 100 festival in NYC.
Back in May, Christina even got a “love hard…TnT” tattoo, which stands for Tina & Tunechi. I’m sure she’s regretting that one right about now.

AFP – Zimbabwe’s 91-year-old President Robert Mugabe read the wrong speech at the opening of a new session of parliament on Tuesday, repeating an address he gave to the legislature last month.
The veteran leader read the 25-minute speech through to the end, apparently unaware that he was delivering the same text he presented during his state of the nation address last month.
“There has been a mix-up of speeches resulting in a situation where… the president delivered the wrong speech,” said presidential spokesman George Charamba.
“The mix-up happened in his secretarial office,” Charamba was quoted as saying in the state-owned Herald newspaper’s online edition.
“The error is sincerely regretted and corrective measures are being considered.”
Mugabe, Africa’s oldest leader, earlier this year fell down the steps leading from a podium. He was unhurt, but video of the fall went viral on social media.

FG plans zero-based budgeting for 2016, says Osinbajo

The Federal Government is planning to use a zero-based budgeting format for its 2016 budget planning, the Vice President of the most populous black nation, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, revealed.
Osinbajo said the zero-based budgeting would be carefully coordinated to ensure that it is policy-driven, especially regarding the proposed social intervention policy of the Buhari administration.
“Zero-based budgeting is planning according to needs and costs, different from the existing Envelope Budgeting or traditionally incremental budgeting whereby the planning is based on existing income and expenditure as the deciding factor in national financial planning levels, which often incurs waste and assumes previous costs as constant,” Osinbajo said.
